Our High Performance Coaches are committed to each athletes’ success and dedicated to working alongside them throughout their athletic journey.

Each athlete will work through the phased progressions of their training program, building speed, power, mobility and strength. The Athlete Training program will prepare athletes to perform at their highest level and unleash their greatness.

Please note, these are monthly memberships. Sessions will expire at the end of the monthly period. Your card on file will be automatically charged each month on the date of the original purchase. We understand schedules change, so it can be paused, increased or decreased at any time as long as we are given 10 days notice ahead of your billing date.

  • We train athletes starting at age 9 and up, including youth, teen, and elite-level athletes. Programs are modified to match each stage of development and experience.

  • What’s great about House of Greatness, is that you get to choose when you train! Once your payment is processed, you’ll receive access to the online booking calendar where you can book in and manage training sessions. We offer training sessions for athletes throughout the week and on Saturdays. We are closed on Sundays.

  • Each sessions is 1 hour in length. Throughout the session, we’ll begin with mobility and a dynamic warm-up, then begin to work through our training program, and finish off with a proper cool-down.

  • We use a semi-private training model, which means small groups with a maximum of 1:8 coach-to-athlete ratio. This allows for personalized coaching while still building community, energy, and accountability.

  • Yes! We offer a free trial session for new athletes to experience our training, meet the coaches, and find the right program fit.

  • Absolutely - we recommend it! This is key to maintaining strength and mitigating injuries. We tailor in-season training to complement practice/game schedules and keep athletes strong, fast and mobile.

  • We understand schedules change - especially for athletes, so we do not require a monthly commitment. You will have all month to use the sessions that you have in your membership, at the end of that monthly period, they will expire and reset. If you ever need to upgrade, downgrade. or pause your membership, just send us an email 10 business days prior to your next payment and we’d be happy to make that change for you.
