Athlete training

Designed for athletes 9+, the High Performance Athlete program focuses on developing the total athlete. The programs focus on building strength, power, explosiveness, agility and mobility. Athletes will work through phased training progressions based on how they are developing. Intentional recovery and injury mitigation exercises are integrated through all programs.

Each session is led by our High Performance Coaches, with a maximum of 1:8 Coach to Member training ratio. Sessions are booked through our online booking calendar to keep your schedule flexible, but it is recommended to train on a consistent schedule to maximize results.

Designed for individuals looking to train like an athlete. We strive to give you incredible value of a personal training experience within a small class setting. Our coaches will meet you at whatever fitness level you’re at, whether that’s beginner or advanced, to provide a safe, fun, and motivating workout.

TEAM TRAINING

We believe team training is a crucial part of team development - both physically and dynamically. To maximize results, we work closely with your manager/coach to develop a schedule that aligns with the practice & game schedule. The program will include phased training progressions based on the team's age. We also integrate injury mitigation and intentional recovery tactics for players to utilize, which include proper warm-up, activation and cool down habits.

Each session is led by a team of our High Performance Coaches with a maximum of 18 athletes per session. Whether you’re looking for one team training session, or a full season plan, reach out to learn about our team pricing structure and scheduling.

As an official HYROX Training Club, we prepare athletes to dominate race day through purpose-driven programming, race simulation workouts, and elite coaching. We offer dedicated HYROX classes throughout the week, coached by one of our Lead High Performance Coaches.
