As an official HYROX Training Club, we offer high-intensity, race-style sessions built for athletes, competitors, and everyday grinders alike. Whether you’re prepping for your first HYROX event or just want to train like someone who is — this is where you level up.

PACKAGES & MEMBERSHIPS
Please note, when purchasing a monthly membership, your card on file will be automatically charged each month on the date of the original purchase. We understand schedules change, so it can be paused, increased or decreased at any time as long as we are given 10 days notice ahead of your billing date. When purchasing a session package, sessions will expire 60 days after your purchase date.

Expect high-intensity, race-style workouts that combine running, sled work, rowing, burpees, wall balls, and more. Sessions are coached, structured, and scaled to fit your current fitness level — but they’ll push you every time.

No experience needed. Our coaching staff will guide you through everything — from proper form to pacing and race strategy — so you feel confident whether you're racing or just showing up for the sweat.

Each HYROX training session at House Of Greatness runs approximately 60 minutes, including a warm-up, the main workout, and a cool-down.

Yes! We offer free trial sessions so you can experience the energy and structure of HYROX before committing.

Absolutely. HYROX is the sport for everybody. All movements are scalable, and our coaches are there to modify as needed. You’ll be challenged — but never pushed beyond what’s safe or smart.

HYROX combines both running & functional workout stations, where participants run 1km, followed by 1 functional workout station, repeated eight times.
This includes: SkiErg, Sled Push, Sled Pull, Burpee Broad Jumps, Rowing, Farmers Carry, Sandbag Lunges and Wall Balls.
This race format remains consistent across the globe, enabling global leaderboards & a cumulative World Championships at the end of each race season.
