TERMS OF SERVICE

This agreement releases House of Greatness from all liability relating to injuries that may occur during any training session with any member of House of Greatness or any on ice session led by House of Greatness. By signing this agreement, I agree to hold House of Greatness entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence.

I also acknowledge the risks involved in physical training. These include but are not limited to injuries incurred during these training sessions. I swear that I am participating voluntarily, and that all risks have been made clear to me. Additionally, I do not have any conditions that will increase my likelihood of experiencing injuries while engaging in this activity.

By agreeing I forfeit all right to bring a suit against House of Greatness for any reason. In return, I will receive athletic training. I will also make every effort to obey safety precautions as listed in writing and as explained to me verbally. I will ask for clarification when needed. By agreeing below I acknowledge that I fully understand and agree to the above terms.

Media Release
We at House of Greatness believe that our Athletes should be celebrated so that we can continue to help more people! In the gym, we take photos, film instructional content, and create marketing material with real life candid moments that happen every day.

By checking the box below, you agree that photos of you captured in the gym may be used for any legal reason including but not limited to, publicity, web content, social media, and advertising.


Refund Policy
 

All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued. Exceptions will only be made in cases of force majeure, including but not limited to: 

  • Extreme weather conditions that prevent participation. 

  • Natural disasters or other unforeseen events beyond reasonable control. 

Refund requests based on these exceptions must be submitted in writing for review and approval.


Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
 

  • Sessions may be canceled ahead of your session, and rescheduled within the time period of your monthly membership.

  • Rescheduled sessions cannot be transferred to a future month of your membership.

  • Sessions that are not cancelled or rescheduled ahead of the booked time are forfeited and count towards the number of sessions within your monthly membership.

  • All rescheduling must be done through the online booking system or app. 


Code Usage Policy
 

  • Booking codes are non-transferable and may only be used by the original purchaser.

  • Each code is valid for the exact number of sessions included in the purchased package. 

  • If a customer forgets their booking code, they must contact House of Greatness for assistance.

  • Codes may not be shared, sold, or used for any sessions beyond the originally purchased package. 


Expiration Policy
 

  • Each package has a strict expiration date, as outlined in the package details.

  • Clients must schedule and complete all sessions before the expiration date.

  • If a package expires before all sessions have been used, those sessions will be forfeited immediately, and no refund or credit will be issued. 

  • Extensions will not be granted, except in cases of appropriate advance notification or force majeure (extreme weather, unforeseen circumstances). 

  • Clients must contact House of Greatness 14 days prior to expiration if unable to book within the designated timeframe. Requests made after this period will not be accommodated. 


Client Responsibility
 

  • It is the client’s responsibility to book sessions in advance before their package expires. 

  • House of Greatness is not responsible for session availability if the client waits until the last minute to schedule. 

  • Clients are expected to keep track of their package expiration date and ensure all sessions are used within the required timeframe.


Pricing Policy
 

  • All prices are subject to change at any time. 

  • The price at the time of purchase is locked in for that package and will not be affected by future price adjustments. 

  • New pricing applies to all future purchases but will not alter existing bookings or purchased packages.
