HOW THE CHALLENGE WORKS: Over 5 weeks, you’ll compete on a team where you’ll collect points for training, completing challenges, and fuelling your body - all in hopes of winning the HG Challenge Cup!
TRAINING SESSIONS: Throughout the 5 weeks you can attend as many training sessions as you’d like! This includes our Adult Small-Group training sessions, HYROX sessions, and our NEW Pilates classes! Each training session is led by our High Performance Coaches, and is 1hr in length.
BOOKING YOUR SESSIONS: After signing up, you’ll gain access to our online booking platform. The platform will allow you to choose when you would like to train and reschedule when you need to. We offer Adult Small-Group sessions every morning, afternoon and evening throughout the week, and every Saturday morning; HYROX sessions are every Tues/Thur evening and Sunday morning, and Pilates is every Wednesday and Saturday morning.
HOW WE’LL HELP YOU WITH YOUR GOALS: Over the 5 weeks you’ll learn the HG Challenge Blueprint which will help you establish what habits and patterns you’d like to bring into your life in order to achieve your best in 2026. During the challenge your Coaches and teammates will help hold you accountable, push & inspire you to Rise Up.

HOW IT WORKS

As registrations come in, teams will be organized by HG Admin. Let us know when you register if you have a teammate request.

You can collect points for your team by completing training sessions, eating healthy meals, completing weekly challenges, etc. A full list of ways to collect points will be sent out to you ahead of the challenge.

Each sessions is 1 hour in length. Throughout the session, we’ll begin with mobility and a dynamic warm-up, then begin to work through our training program, and finish off with a proper cool-down.

Each day you will complete a short yes/no survey to submit the points you collected that day. Then, each week your individual points will be added to your team total! Each week all teams will be updated on team scores so you know where you stand heading into the week after.

Once you’re signed up for the Challenge, you will be sent the online booking calendar where you’ll be able to book training sessions at your discretion.

Included in the New Year Reset Challenge is UNLIMITED Training over the 5 weeks - including Adult Small-Group Sessions, HYROX Sessions and our NEW Pilates classes. We have training times throughout the week, including mornings, afternoons and evenings.

The great thing about fitness is that you can move anywhere you are! You can capture points by doing training sessions outside of the gym, out-of-gym challenges each week, and for fuelling your body!
