Performance Pilates moves at a continuous pace, challenging stability, coordination, and control to support resilience and longevity. More than recovery and far from a stretch class, it’s intentional cross-training.

Traditional Pilates is where precision meets purpose. Grounded in the classical method, this class emphasizes the powerhouse, posture, balance, breath, and controlled movement. Moving at a steady, accessible pace, it allows you to refine technique, build strong foundations, and reconnect to how your body moves.

PERFORMANCE PILATES

Performance Pilates is a 50-minute Pilates class designed to support athletic and strength training. The class focuses on the powerhouse - the deep abdominal muscles, glutes, and muscles that stabilize the spine and pelvis - which plays a key role in how force is transferred during lifts, sprints, and agility work.

Alongside powerhouse engagement, the class emphasizes mobility and body control to help improve alignment, efficiency, and overall movement quality. This class moves with a slightly quicker, more continuous pace, making it an effective cross-training and recovery tool rather than a stretch class.

Open to all levels and ideal for athletes and gym-goers looking to support their training, move better, and stay resilient.

FOUNDATIONAL PILATES

This 50-minute Pilates class focuses on the foundations of the classical Pilates method, emphasizing the powerhouse, posture, balance, breath, and controlled movement. The class supports full-body strength, mobility, and coordination while improving body awareness.

Designed to complement gym training, this class moves at a steady, accessible pace, allowing time to refine technique and build strong movement patterns.

Open to all levels, it’s a great option for anyone looking to integrate Pilates into their routine as supportive, intentional training.
